Who pays for the exam?
For fully underwritten policies the exam is normally paid by the insurance company or ordered through its approved exam vendor. The applicant is never charged. If your agency or BGA orders and pays for exams directly, contact us about account billing.
Which carriers do you work with?
We're launching in the Charlotte region and building our carrier and vendor relationships now. Tell us which carriers you write and we'll confirm how we can take your orders.
Where do you operate?
We're now scheduling in the Charlotte metro and expanding across North and South Carolina. Have a case outside that area? Send it anyway and we'll tell you what we can do.
Do you see the lab results?
No. Specimens go to the carrier's designated lab and results go only to the insurance company.
Can you do an exam this week?
