SpelMed Paramedical was founded by Brandon Spellen, BSN, RN, a registered nurse with an ICU and infusion background who has spent years building mobile nursing teams that go into patients' homes.
The insurance exam is a small moment in a big decision: a family protecting its future. Too often it's treated as a commodity, and agents and applicants pay for it in delays, no-shows and repeat visits. We think it deserves the same standard of care as any other visit a clinician makes to someone's home.
So we run SpelMed the way a good nursing team runs: credentialed people, clear procedures, clinical oversight, and someone who answers the phone.

- Specimens handled and shipped to lab instructions within 24 hours
- Bloodborne pathogen and privacy training for every examiner
